Thank you for your interest in our company. We recruit casual and part-time experienced and serious-minded transcribers and auditors / quality controllers. This timed test will take an estimated 40 minutes maximum to complete (including a 4.44 minute audio to be transcribed). Please ensure you provide your full name in your application here. REQUIREMENTS: You must be able to commit to a minimum of four hours' work per week (although not guaranteed) in our busier periods. This equates to 60-90 mins audio at least. You must take into account we are in Western Australia and our time zones will be when the jobs are due. You must have a typing speed of minimum 60 wpm. This will be tested during training. (it needs to be viable for you if accepted). If you live in Australia, you cannot commence work with us until you obtain your ABN. If outside of Australia, an ABN is not a requirement, however a way to invoice us and be paid internationally, is. You must reside in the countries stipulated. We do ask for proof of address if accepted to a position. If you have applied to us previously, please do not reapply. Repeat applications will not be considered. If you apply and you are accepted, we will sign you up, therefore, if you don't have the capacity to start pretty much straight away, please don't apply. You MUST be computer literate as you will need to download and set up software e.g. Express Scribe, Teams, Trello, SharePoint and OneDrive and install Teams and Trello on your phone so you don't miss notifications for new jobs. We do provide some instructions to get going in our systems. You will need to be a confident user of Word as often you need to add tables, rows and use macros etc. If you are using a MAC computer, then this more than likely will not work for you. We have been finding the returned document is fraught with formatting errors upon return and the headache to the auditing team just isn't worth it. We can only offer limited IT support, therefore confidence in finding your way around a computer and the ability to follow instructions is absolutely imperative. We do provide instructions and videos in the onboarding process. Please provide your mobile number and country code if applicable. None of this will ever be shared. If you are successful, we need this to electronically secure the documents we send you so it remains private and confidential as you will need to provide a current Police Clearance upon return of that document (no older than 6 months). Take your time... we are looking at your grammar, punctuation, spelling, accuracy, attention to detail and whether you can follow instructions.
